About Me.

Jasleen Gill is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. She supports youth, adults, seniors, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, chronic pain, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

Jasleen has extensive experience working with first responders, veterans, and frontline professionals, including those recovering from workplace injuries and work-related trauma. She also supports rehabilitation and return-to-work planning, collaborating with other care providers when appropriate.

Her approach is warm, practical, and trauma-informed. Drawing on CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, mindfulness, and somatic approaches, she tailors therapy to each client’s needs, helping them build coping skills, reconnect with their strengths, and move toward meaningful goals.

Fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu, Jasleen offers culturally responsive care in a respectful space where clients can feel heard and understood.
