I’m Christina, a Registered Psychologist with over 10 years of experience offering counselling and assessments for children, teens, and adults, including First Responders. My areas of specialty include ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, parenting challenges, teen issues and more. I bring a warm, collaborative approach to understanding you, not just your concerns, and helping you find clarity, confidence, and practical ways forward.


Cara Wilson Lang,

A recent Master's in Counselling Psychology graduate currently awaiting her Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) designation. With nearly 15 years of experience in yoga and mindfulness, and over a decade as a coach and educator, she excels in supporting individuals with diverse learning needs. Her approach emphasizes empathy, deep listening, and creating a welcoming environment for all. Cara offers a sliding fee scale.
Jasleen Gill, MA, CCC, RCC
Specialized in working with First Responders
Jasleen is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors and a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and brings extensive clinical experience supporting youth, adults, seniors, and families through a wide range of emotional, psychological, and life challenges.
Fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu, Jasleen offers culturally responsive care in a respectful space where clients can feel heard and understood.
